Clariva Web

Privacy Policy

This page explains how Clariva Web handles enquiry information sent through this website. It is a practical privacy notice, not a substitute for legal advice.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry, Clariva may receive your name, email address, service interest, message, optional phone number, optional business details, and any optional file you choose to upload.

Why we use it

Clariva uses enquiry details to reply to your request, understand what you need, prepare a quote, and provide website or digital system services if you choose to work together.

Where form data goes

The enquiry form is set up for Netlify Forms. Submitted details may be processed by Netlify so the enquiry can be received, reviewed, and replied to. If an enquiry becomes a project, relevant details may also be held in Clariva project records, email, or simple planning tools used to deliver the work.

File uploads

File uploads are optional. If you upload a logo or related brand image, it is used only to review your enquiry or support the project you asked about. Do not upload sensitive documents, passwords, financial details, medical information, or anything you are not comfortable sending as part of an enquiry.

Analytics and cookies

This website currently does not use analytics, advertising cookies, or embedded tracking scripts. It does load Google Fonts from Google's servers to display the site typography. If analytics or non-essential cookies are added later, this notice and any cookie notice should be updated before launch.

How long enquiry data is kept

Enquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, quote, manage the project, keep basic business records, or meet legal requirements. If the enquiry does not become a project, Clariva aims to remove or archive unnecessary enquiry data within 12 months.

Security

Clariva aims to use reasonable access controls and careful handling for enquiry information. No website, email system, or third-party form service can be guaranteed completely secure.

Correction or deletion

You can ask Clariva to correct or delete enquiry information where it is reasonable and legally possible to do so.
